Service charges and processing fees are non-refundable.
Refunds typically take 7–21 business days depending on the airline and payment provider.
Some refunds may take longer due to airline or bank policies.
If a passenger fails to board a flight (no-show), refunds may not be applicable as per airline policy.
Vuelos Cubanos may deduct a small service fee for processing cancellations and refunds, in addition to any airline penalties.
